As all items are made to order, it can take up to 14 days from ordering for us to ship your item - however, we aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

RETURNS
You can return/exchange any item up to 14 days of receiving your purchase as long as it is returned in its original condition. Please ensure you print, complete and enclose the returns form which can be found on our website. PLEASE NOTE: If the returns form is not enclosed we cannot process your request.
With regards to exchanges: if the returned item is of lesser value than the item you wish to exchange it for, you will receive a full refund for the item returned, and will then simply need to place a new order for the new item.
All goods will be inspected upon return.
Please make sure that the name and address you have entered is correct as we are unable to change it. THIS IS SO WE CAN OFFER YOU THE QUICKEST DISPATCH WE CAN. If you would like a size exchange or a refund, you will need to return the item with a returns form. If the size you are wanting is out of stock then a refund for the item/s will be given. We do not cover the cost of postage on return.
